Strategic planning lead for a national Sales and Marketing plan for FCM Recycling Ltd, Montreal PQ (2010). Worked as the “quarterback” for a project involving development of a marketing strategy, national marketing and sales plan and execution

Symposium on Sustainability for heritage-tourism organizations in Newfoundland and Labrador at Battle Harbour National Historic District, Labrador (2012). Developed the symposium outline and served as Facilitator and Reporter for this 4-day workshop on economic sustainability.
Association of Heritage Industries Newfoundland and Labrador, Roundtable on Sustainability (2012). In consultation with AHI, developed the roundtable outline and served as Facilitator and Reporter for this daylong workshop on economic sustainability with 40 participants.
Accelerated Market Readiness (AMR) Program: City of Summerside and North Cape Coastal Drive, Prince Edward Island (2013). Delivered onsite “guerilla consulting” services to seven (11) tourism operators in 11 days including onsite tours, personal consulting against business objectives and a written AMR report.
