Co-project lead and senior content consultant to develop a Strategic Tourism Marketing Plan for the New Brunswick Department of Tourism and Parks (2008)
Co-project leader for development of a Tourism Strategy and Interpretation Framework to support the nomination of Grand Pre, Nova Scotia for World Heritage Status (2010)
Developed four key elements of the UNESCO dossier for Grand Pre and developed a community legacy project
Marketing Specialist on a project team to assess the feasibility of major events for the 100th Anniversary Commemoration of the Sinking of Titanic (2010)
Project lead conducting a major market feasibility/viability study for the Town of Grand Falls-Windsor, Newfoundland on development of a new boutique hotel in central Newfoundland and Labrador (2010).
Project lead conducting a Meetings Convention and Incentive Travel (MC&IT) Strategy and investment recommendations for Cavendish Beaches and the Dune Shore Tourism Association, Prince Edward Island (2010). Lead consultant on team developing MC & IT inventories and asset map market analysis and market/marketing action plan for 600 operators
Strategic Business and Marketing Plan for Miramichi River Tourism Association (MRTA) in New Brunswick (2010). Working on a two-member team developed a comprehensive marketing plan, including a brand positioning statement and implementation plan. Project included extensive consultation and research. The initial community River Stop project resulting from the plan opened in October 2011
Strategic marketing lead developing a comprehensive Strategic Plan for Destination South West Nova Association (DSWNA) in Nova Scotia (2011). Working with a three member team to assess the governance model, the strategic and tactical marketing directions and the success measures of Nova Scotia’s largest regional tourism association
Project Lead developing a Feasibility study and Five Year Business Plan for Torngâsok Cultural Centre in Nain, Labrador for the Government of Nunatsiavut (2011). Led a team of four specialists to satisfy 11 project deliverables including feasibility recommendations, outline for an endowment fund, interpretation budget, governance recommendations, detailed market assessment and visitation projections and five year Performa and detailed financials
Project Leader/ Consultant for Strategic Tourism Expansion Program (STEP) with Tignish and Area in western PEI. (2011-2012) This multi-faceted program of ACOA-Tourism Atlantic involves strategic tourism consulting, sustainable community development and community capacity building over a 12 month period. Project demands community consultation and facilitating the efforts of community leaders; workshops, strategic plan development and collaboration on plan execution
Senior Consultant, Marketing Strategy for New Brunswick’s Cultural Coast, greater southeast NB (2012). This comprehensive marketing strategy supports the work of a tourism development organization involving 13 municipalities and two tourism associations

Senior Consultant, Saint John (NB) Tourism Sector Integrated Tourism Strategy. Working or Discover Saint John, to align community partners and plans and identify high priority capital projects to support tourism development in Saint John, 2013.
Integrated Marketing, Sales and Communications Plan for DRUM! DOME (2013). Served as strategic ad marketing specialist on project for a major cultural entertainment attraction opening on the Halifax Waterfront, June 2014.
Strategic Planning and Vision Development, Fisherman’s Cove Development Association, Eastern Passage, NS (2013-2014). Co-lead and project coordinator on project to establish, with community involvement and input, a new direction for the Fisherman’s Cove attraction and small business district.
Tourism Heritage Development Plan for Postville, Nunatsiavut in northern Labrador. (2013-2014) Served as Project lead and Lead Consultant define a Tourism Heritage Plan to integrate with the regional plan.
Product Development & Partnership Plan for Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site (Parks Canada) Lighthouse property, Cape Breton Island, NS. Completed March 2014.

Long-Term Sustainability Plan for Completed Fundy Trail Parkway, New Brunswick. Senior Consultant to develop a plan for financial sustainability (2015-2023) to support $100 million (at completion in 2018) Fundy Trail Parkway. Also a follow-up Implementation Plan. (Completed January 2015)
